The purpose of the instructions is: To create a uniform policy for all students so that an environment for overall harmony and goodwill is maintained To instruct scholars in a manner which helps inculcate values of good citizenship and respect for multi cultures To create a presence in the community as an Institution which fosters, develops and promotes brotherhood and communal harmony

SCHOOL TIMINGS: The Session is conducted from end- March to mid-March. The timings for winter and summer remain the same, as under: PLAYGROUP TO PREPARATORY SCHOOL: 9:00 am to 1:30 pm CLASSES I TO VIII: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Unless genuine, late arrivals are not acceptable.

APPOINTMENT WITH THE PRINCIPAL:Parents/guardians seeking a meeting with the Principal are requested to do so from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. (with prior appointment).

APPOINTMENT WITH MENTORS:Parents/guardians seeking a meeting with any mentor are requested to do so on Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. (with prior appointment).

OFFICE HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm

ATTENDACE: 75% attendance is a must in order for the scholar to be permitted to write an examination; no more than 10 consecutive days of absence is permitted

MEDICAL REASONS FOR ABSENCE: Scholars will need to submit a medical certificate for an absence of over 2 days, in case the same was for an illness.

LEAVES FOR WEDDINGS, FAMILY FUNCTIONS: Scholars are strongly discouraged NOT to absent themselves for the mentioned reasons.

LEAVING THE CAMPUS AFTER ARRIVAL: Is permitted ONLY in case of a medical emergency or prior by the parents/guardian information provided, the scholars will be permitted to leave the School premises only after filling in the Student Leave Application Form, which is available at the reception desk.

SCHOOL FEE: ALL fee is non refundable, IRRESPECTIVE of the duration the child may have been in the School; ONLY caution money which is refunded on the child’s leaving the INSTITUTION.

MEDICAL FACILITIES: the School is equipped with an infirmary, and provides basic first aid facilities in case of a medical emergency.

LATE ARRIVAL AFTER VACATIONS: Scholars must submit a written application or parents must write a diary note to the class mentor explaining why he/she/they is/are late.
